VMG GROUP - ÖRENGÜL MACHINE - STEEL CONSTRUCTION BUILDINGS

WHY STEEL?

It is more isotropic and high-strength material than wood and concrete. The modulus of elasticity is 11,000 in wood (pine), 30,000 in concrete (c20) and 200,000 in steel (S235JR). In other words, 18 times the wood, 7 times the reinforced concrete. Therefore, it makes less deflection and requires less material.

Human errors in manufacturing and assembly of steel construction are minimized. So strength in construction; concrete, formwork, iron workers are not left to the initiative. Human errors are minimized. Larger openings can be crossed with lighter materials.

It is useful to remind that; tensile and bending loads due to torque are met by steel material in most of the structural elements passing through the opening. It can respond perfectly to architectural geometries in various ways while preserving the desired strength and aesthetics. Since most of the projects are completed in our factory; As the labor force is used more efficiently during installation at the construction site, working times are shortened and costs can be reduced.

STEEL ROOFS

Steel roofs are much lighter than reinforced concrete roofs. They reduce the equivalent earthquake forces acting due to their light weight. It enables the passage of wide openings. In this case, the volume to be created increases and more spacious areas can be created.
